Thanks for dropping by, this is my place where I will be writing about a variety of topics and where I will share things I enjoy.

Technically I should do the above on a social media platform but in 2025 most social media platforms are trash. What can I say? As a 38 year old I lack the motivation to spend my time doom scrolling through several social media apps a day, so here I am starting a WordPress website with paid hosting to share hopefully some cool content instead.

I guess I’m taking the moral high ground. Nice view up here.

Ysgogi (pronounced Us-gog-ee) is a Welsh word that can have many meanings….

To move, to stir, to stimulate, to actuate, to animate, to incentivise, to urge, to motivate, to inspire, to agitate.

I’m a Welsh native, and am in the process of learning Welsh. Maybe one day I will write some posts in Welsh but for now I will stick to English.

Hopefully some of what I share on here will be worthy of the above meanings for Ysgogi.
